One Office. Three Service Regions. 340+ Clients Who Never Have to Drive to Us.
Three ways to connect — our Hamilton head office, the Niagara region, or the Greater Toronto Area. Marcus, Tom, and our five-person team log thousands of kilometres every year visiting client facilities so you can focus on running your business, not commuting to a bank branch. Whether you need business banking, a credit facility, or a transparent fee review, the conversation starts wherever you are.

Saltic — Hamilton Head Office
Our home since 2005. The Hamilton office is where all credit decisions are made, where our treasury and payments teams operate, and where walk-in clients are always welcome during business hours. Street parking is available on Hunter Street, and there's a municipal lot one block east on James Street South.
326 Hunter Street West, Hamilton, Ontario L8P 4A7
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
No appointment needed during business hours, but calling ahead guarantees you'll sit down with the right person. Same-day callbacks if you reach voicemail.
Niagara Region Service Area
The Niagara region is home to a growing number of Saltic clients in manufacturing, hospitality, agri-business, and cross-border logistics. We travel the QEW corridor regularly and can typically schedule a facility visit within five business days of your initial call.
St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Grimsby, Welland, Fort Erie, Lincoln, Thorold, and Niagara-on-the-Lake
We meet clients at their place of business throughout the Niagara region. No satellite office, no rented conference room — we come directly to your facility. Call (226) 972-3482 or email contact@salticservs.com to arrange a visit. You can also submit a request online and we'll call you back the same day.
Wine & agriculture, tourism & hospitality, cross-border freight, advanced manufacturing

Greater Toronto Area Service Area
The GTA is our fastest-growing service region. From logistics yards in Brampton to professional services firms in Mississauga to food manufacturers in Etobicoke, we work with businesses that are tired of being a number at a Big Five branch. Marcus and Tom are in the GTA at least once a week.
Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, Etobicoke, Vaughan, and Milton
We serve business clients across the GTA from our Hamilton base. Marcus and Tom travel to client facilities weekly — usually Tuesdays and Thursdays. Call (226) 972-3482 to schedule, or request a visit online. Most initial meetings are booked within one week of your first call.
Logistics & warehousing, professional services, food & beverage manufacturing, construction, IT services
By appointment, Monday – Friday
We've been operating from Hunter Street since 2005. But we've never expected clients to always come to us. When you're running a business with $1M–$20M in revenue, your time is too valuable to spend in a bank lobby. So we reversed the model.
Marcus, Tom, and the team log thousands of kilometres visiting client facilities across southern Ontario every year. That's not a marketing line — it's literally how we underwrite. We see the business in person. We walk the warehouse floor. We watch the production line. We count the trucks in the yard. If you're within a two-hour drive of Hamilton, we'll come to you, usually within a week of your first call.
Our regular travel routes cover the QEW corridor from Burlington to Niagara Falls, the 403 west to Brantford and Woodstock, and the GTA via the 407 and QEW. We're usually on the road two or three days a week, which means your facility visit doesn't require a special trip — we're already in the neighbourhood.
What happens during a facility visit?
The first visit is exploratory. We tour your operation, meet your management team, and learn how your cash cycle actually works. We'll ask about your receivables, your peak seasons, your biggest operational headaches. This isn't a sales pitch — it's how we decide whether our business banking services or credit facilities are the right fit. Most first visits last 60–90 minutes, and there's never an obligation attached.
"No one from our previous bank had ever set foot in our building. Tom was there in the first month. He walked our assembly floor, met our foremen, and understood why our cash cycle was lumpy. That changed everything about how they structured our line of credit."
Facility visits aren't a perk. They're how we make better decisions. When you can see a warehouse floor, a production line, or a retail operation in action, you understand the numbers differently. A balance sheet tells you what happened last quarter. A facility visit tells you what's about to happen next quarter. That's why 97% of our 340+ clients stay with us year after year — because we understand their business at a level that remote-only banking never reaches.
Can't host a visit? No problem.
If an on-site meeting isn't practical, we're happy to meet at a neutral location — a coffee shop, a co-working space, your accountant's office. We also do initial consultations by phone or video call. The point is removing friction, not adding it. Whatever format works for your schedule, we'll make it happen. Reach out through our contact page or call (226) 972-3482 directly.

Ready to Meet in Person? Here's How to Start.
Whether you're on James Street North or in a Niagara industrial park, the conversation starts the same way — with a phone call and a same-day callback. We'll ask a few questions about your business, your current banking situation, and what's not working. Then we'll schedule a time to meet you at your facility, your office, or wherever is convenient.
There's no application to fill out before we talk. No twelve-step onboarding funnel. Just a conversation with someone who understands business banking, credit, and transparent pricing — and who'll be honest about whether Saltic is the right fit.
